Coaching our hugely successful Athena’s girls’ section is a fantastic opportunity to spread your love and knowledge of rugby and have a positive impact on young people.

Our girls’ section has been flourishing and now needs more coaches on board to provide the coach-to-player ratios we strive for in each age group (Under 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s). The right mentors will help foster rugby values in young people, grow the girls’ game in Ipswich and share their enjoyment of rugby.

Coaching experience is not essential and both mentoring and development will be offered to help you progress as a coach.
