From the 2024/25 season, all players will be required to register themselves annually to play rugby within RFU member clubs. This will be just like age grade players do currently.

The RFU have decided to move to a registration process where players will register with a club using the RFU Game Management System (GMS). Clubs will then accept or decline player registrations through GMS.

To help get ready for next season we want to make sure that all players’ email addresses on GMS are still in use by players and are verified.

Please log in at www.gms.rfu.com to check your email address and details are up-to-date. You can update your details if they're incorrect or not verified by following the steps in the blue graphic.
